3Tuahine is a Havelock North based property development company specialising in quality subdivisions and town house construction in the Hawkes Bay area.
Our Projects
There are currently two residential subdivisions going through the consent process.
Arbuckle Road Hastings
This subdivision will consist of three phases totaling approximately 50 sections. Hastings District Council services are expected to be completed late 2019 followed by phase one earthworks in early 2020.
Belgrove Drive Waipukurau
This subdivision will consist of two to three phases totaling approximately 37 sections. Consent is expected to be completed late 2019 followed by phase one earthworks in early 2020.
