The development is located 3.5km northwest of the centre of Hastings, just a short 5-minute drive with access to Arbuckle Road and is part of the popular Frimley Suburb.

This subdivision consists of three stages. Stage one is complete and nearly fully built, and stage two is close to completion and will be partially built soon, with homes and sections available. Stage three will be fully built, commencing in late 2025, and will be for the retiree market.
